For all cruise reservations, tickets are available at the ticket booth located on the Jacques-Cartier Pier on the day of the event.
Photo identification and the credit card used for the reservation are required to pick up the boarding tickets.

A full bar and snack service is available during the day cruises. Please note that it is forbidden to bring food and drinks on board.

All dinner cruise menus offer a vegetarian version and special attention is given to food allergies and intolerances. It is necessary to specify this at the time of booking.

Children of all ages are allowed on board during day cruises. Children 0-4 years old are free of charge on 60 or 90 minute cruises only.

For dinner cruises, the regular rate applies for each child passenger. There is no charge for toddlers under 2 years of age who do not eat or take seats. We do not recommend the dinner cruise experience for children under the age of 8.

We have a secure place on the dock to store strollers. If you wish to bring your stroller on board the boat, certain conditions must be respected:
The stroller must be installed on the main deck only and must not block the aisles.
The stroller must be taken through the side door and the child, in the arms of an adult, through the general staircase.
The child in the stroller must be 18 months or younger or have a disability.
The ship can accommodate a maximum of 162 passengers in total and 114 passengers on the main deck
We reserve the right to refuse strollers at any other time we deem necessary. (e.g. during a corporate event)

The boat is partially accessible. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept wheelchairs on board.

We recommend casual dress for dinner cruises to enhance your experience on the Bateau-Mouche. Appropriate clothing for the air conditioning is also recommended.

Special rates apply to all groups of more than 20 persons and for all charter packages.

• Changeover possible upon availability for day cruises with a fee of 50%/ticket + taxes.
• Change of date possible (according to availability) for “regular dinner cruise” packages of 3, 4 or 6 services:
• 8 days or more before the event: no charge
• Within 7 days before the event including the day of the event: fees equivalent to 50% of the regular rate in effect at the time of your activity, per person, plus taxes.
• Date changes are only accepted upon availability and for the same year.
• For the Dinner Cruise with Fireworks package, no refund, no exchange, no change of date possible.

The Bateau-Mouche de Montréal declines all responsibility for the quality of the presentation of the Loto-Québec Fireworks.

Depending on the fluctuation of the price of gasoline, a slight increase may be applied to the price of the ticket.
